Wonderful and absolutely fabulous hotel, incredibly nice stuff from reception to entertainers to waiters, everything was well-maintained. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the apartment, plus central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Lovely beach view and inclusive and above average breakfast. Stunning location just off waterpark and glass bottom, the restaurant and outdoor seating area, and resort and beach, good home base for visiting bars and restaurants walk from the property. Besides, very convenient to Punta Prima...

The pool area was a highlight, plenty of loungers available. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute stroll to the beach. The entertainment, especially Aaron's activities, added a lot of fun. Loved the convenience of the nearby supermarket for snacks.

The rooms with good facilities, microwave, balcony views. Handy location on the patisserie, convenient for vacations.

The breakfast was inclusive and there was plenty of appetising food. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. The location was beautiful and incredible, in the daily activities, it's a plus.

Perfect spot for families!

We had a blast! The kids loved the shallow pool area and the playground. The staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by our garden with private loungers. Breakfast was yummy, lots of options. Only bummer was that the WiFi was a bit weak in the apartment. A fab experience!

Offers exceptional service and fine food. Make sure to get apartment with a 24hr coffee machine, shaver point, facilities in the main Isla del Aire complex. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable.

Lovely place to unwind by the private garden terrace and friendly staff nearby.

I almost gave this place a good review, but the beds were two single mattresses pushed together-absoluteley disgraceful! Not to mention the dinner starting at 7:30pm, who do they think I am? I woudl ve been happy with a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but I guess that's asking too much for a 'regular' guest here.

The spacious apartment is perfect for groups, and the engaging activities by the animation team add so much fun. The location is great, just minutes from the beach and a supermarket.

Evening entertainment could benefit from a bit more variety to keep things exciting.

Dated decor and limited variety in evening entertainment could really use an upgrade!!! Wi-Fi connectivity was annoyingly poor was nice!!! More clear signage about pool rules would improve safety!!!

The atmosphere at this family-friendly resort was good, thanks to the warm staff who often went the extra mile. The playground kept my kids entertained, while the beach was conveniently just a short walk away. Wi-Fi could improve, as it often struggled in our apartment.

Aaron made our days super fun with activities!
